
Shifu Don
Ironically, when his son was 5 years old, he to wanted to start training in martial arts. It was 2005 when Shifu Don started his Shaolin Kung Fu martial arts training with his young son.
After 10 years of study, Shifu Don officially opened New Life Kung Fu to teach others Shaolin Kung Fu. He then began studying Tai Chi to advance his internal skills, and New Life Tai Chi was born as a subset of New Life Kung Fu.
New Life Tai Chi is here to help you Discover a New Life With Tai Chi. We believe that everyone needs to be practicing Tai Chi. As we age, we need to be moving more, not less.
On a physical level, Tai Chi improves strength, flexibility, aerobic conditioning, and balance. It’s been proven to improve cardiovascular fitness, lower blood pressure, prevent falls, and help people who have arthritis.
